This privacy policy applies to all websites, activities, communications and agreements entered into by Square Design, as well as to the offers made by it, to the exclusion of other conditions. Conditions filed with the registry of the Arrondissementsrechtbank in Arnheim The Netherlands no. 38/2022.

Square Design (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Definitions

Square Design will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Business Transaction If Square Design is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
